PLACING AN ORDER
If you place an order through this website you accept that the following terms apply and must be adhered to enable us to process your order efficiently. Information such as your full name, valid email address, contact telephone number, billing and delivery addresses and payment details will be required to process an order. It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with fraudulently obtained credit card details. Once the order has been submitted you will receive an automated email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation please advise us at Sales. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order. It is your obligation to enter full and correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect and the order has been dispatched Catsafe (www.catsafe.com.au) will not refund your payment. Should you wish us to re-send the order you will incur additional charges. If for any reason Catsafe (www.catsafe.com.au) cannot fulfill your order we will contact you within 2 working days of order placement and organise a refund or product substitution.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Catsafe (www.catsafe.com.au). If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Catsafe (www.catsafe.com.au) reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.
PAYMENT
Catsafe (www.catsafe.com.au) is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Catsafe (www.catsafe.com.au) may cancel the transaction and affect a full refund. All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.
PRICES AND CHARGES
Prices of goods displayed on the Catsafe (www.catsafe.com.au) website are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. These prices will be honoured at the time you place your order, however displayed prices are subject to change without notice.
DELIVERY
Catsafe (www.catsafe.com.au) cannot guarantee a specific dispatch or delivery time but we will make every attempt to fulfill your order as soon as possible. If a product becomes out of stock prior to packing your order you will be notified by telephone or email to determine if you want the rest of the order dispatched. Orders from within Australia are currently shipped via Courier Service or Aust Post but our contractor may be changed at our discretion. Terms and conditions of delivery by Couriers vary from time to time
There are many places to which our Couriers have conditional delivery. If you are not available to sign on delivery, or other Courier conditions apply, your order will be delivered to an Australia Post outlet for your collection. Our Couriers are contracted with us to advise you when and where parcels are available for collection. This is usually in the form of a card in your mailbox. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that you are always satisfied with your Catsafe (www.catsafe.com.au) products, however, if for any reason you do need to return your product, please contact Catsafe (www.catsafe.com.au) at Sales Your request will be processed immediately.
GOODS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ON DELIVERY
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. Catsafe (www.catsafe.com.au) will not refund the cost of delivery to return damaged or faulty goods. Upon receipt of the returned defective or damaged product, we will dispatch your replacement items via standard delivery, at our expense. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been damaged. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Catsafe (www.catsafe.com.au) will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
